Once your order has been shipped Neabeauty is no longer responsible or liable. Neabeauty is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post so to resolve any issues please contact them directly from your tracking page. Track Your Order


Canada shipping rates are as follows:

All orders under $129 are charged by Canada Post base on your location. We have no control over the rates!

All orders to anywhere in Canada over $130 receive free Canada Post Expedited shipping (usually 2-5 days in transit) 

If the Xpresspost shipping option is chosen, your order will arrive within the time specified by Canada Post usually 1-3 days in transit.

PROCESSING TIME: 1-10 business days. EXCEPT during holiday seasons & huge increase in parcel volumes during special launches.
